YOUR PROJECT OUR SOLUTIONS

Simulation and virtual commissioning is an integral part of the industry, where time is money and deadlines on a construction site are always tight. So before we go to a construction site, we simulate sensitive critical processes within complex automation systems.

This allows us to effectively check and resolve functional sequences, cycle time risks and collision risks. We virtual commission the complicated procedures of PLC programs as well as the enmeshed motion sequences in robot programs.

To do this, we use systems such as RobCad, Process Simulate or Robstudio.

Robot offline programming can reduce the production stoppage at least to 1/10 compared to online teaching or e.g. from 40 hours to less than 4 hours.

Where GB-Robotics Group differs from other companies is that we have systems onsite 24/7 so that any ignominies or indiscretions can be quickly looked at and corrected real time.

This is essential for short time frames

RobCad has often been the choice of the customer in the past and we have this department well covered, we can even convert from RobCad to Process simulate should you be looking to change your environment.

GB-Simulation is a part of the GB-Robotics Group which is directed by expertise of more than 21 years experience.
